It’s a wrap: This week’s celebrity home swaps

Though Kendall Jenner may not be quite as busy buying and selling properties as her sister Kylie, the model/social media influencer/Fyre fest enthusiast does seem to be cleaning out her real estate holdings. She just listed her starter apartment at 10580 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles for $1.6 million.

It’s almost as if she has an angel looking out for her. Victoria’s Secret model and “angel” Elsa Hosk has just sold her apartment at 184 Franklin Street in Tribeca for $1.19 million — only two months after she listed it.

It looks like Meg Ryan will be getting mail at a new address. The “Sleepless in Seattle” and “When Harry Met Sally” actress nabbed a $9.39 million apartment at Tribeca’s most celeb-studded building 443 Greenwich Street, according to public records filed with the city Wednesday.

H. Jon Benjamin, the actor and comedian who voices Bob Belcher on Fox’s “Bob’s Burgers” and Sterling Archer on FX’s “Archer,” has just listed his apartment at 126 West 11th Street for $1.8 million, per city records.

Hilary Swank’s former West Village townhouse sure is swanky. The home at 33 Charles Street just hit the market asking $12 million.

Former model and Sports Illustrated cover-star Christie Brinkley has just chopped $5 million from the price of her Sag Harbor home, bringing the home’s ask down to $20 million.
