Topher Grace lists groovy West Village pad for $4M

“That ’70’s Show” star Topher Grace has listed his crash pad at 59 Bank Street in the West Village for $4.25 million, per city records.

Grace — whose real name is Christopher John Grace — paid $2.2 million for the apartment in 2004, and later rented it out for $12,000-a-month. This condo is a pre-war loft, and has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Sadly there is no furniture in the photos, but the listing notes the apartment has a private elevator entrance, tons of exposed brick, a south-facing views of the street and the World Trade Center, tin ceilings, built-in shelving and a walk-in closet that “could be easily transformed into a third bedroom” (we don’t want to sleep in there). The building also has a common roof deck.

Joshua Wesoky of Compass had the listing.

Grace is best known for his role as Eric Forman on “That ’70’s Show,” where he acted alongside Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher. He married his girlfriend, actress Ashley Hinshaw, in May 2016.
