It’s a wrap: This week’s celebrity home swaps

Add Jake Gyllenhaal’s name to the ever-expanding list of celebrities who’ve purchased at 443 Greenwich Street. The “Nightcrawler” and “Brokeback Mountain” star snagged an $8.63 million apartment at the Tribeca building through his Woodrow Trust, according to public records filed with the city Tuesday.

Shonda Rhimes now has almost as many Hancock Park homes as she has shows on ABC. The producer and creator, best known for shows like “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Scandal,” just bought her fourth home in the Central Los Angeles neighborhood for $4.6 million.

Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., otherwise known as Lil Wayne, just sold his Miami Beach mansion for $10 million, taking a loss on the property that he paid $11.6 million for in 2011.

It’s no Notting Hill, but Julia Roberts seems to be taken with Point Dume. The actress, along with her husband Danny Moder, bought her third home in the tony Malibu neighborhood for $3.9 million.

“That ’70’s Show” star Topher Grace has listed his crash pad at 59 Bank Street in the West Village for $4.25 million, per city records.

All Sheryl Crow wanted to do was sell her apartment — and now she’s done it! The singer and nine-time Grammy Award winner just offloaded her Noho pad at 46 Great Jones Street for $2.27 million.
