The designer, who stepped down as creative director of Givenchy earlier this year and is rumored to be heading to Versace, and his friend, artist Marina Abramovic bought the townhouse together in 2011 under the LLC Rima 54 for $5.3 million. Tisci later bought Abramovic’s portion from her for a hair over $3 million in 2013, after Abramovic reportedly felt lonely in the home when Tisci was away. She moved to a nearby apartment at 330 Spring Street, which she has since sold.

This duplex is Abramovic’s former unit, and this is the third time Tisci has put it on the rental market; he first listed it in 2013 for $12,500-a-month. Per the listing, with Juliana Frei, Drew Glick and Sophie Joseph of Brown Harris Stevens, the 2,405-square-foot apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, access to the garden, floor-to-ceiling windows, ample storage space and high ceilings.
