Condo bought the the full floor spread from Merrill Lynch honcho Do Woo Kim and his wife Aeri who paid $12.5 million for the 12-room apartment in 2005. City records also list Dow Kim as an owner.

According to previous listing information, the unit has 6,770 square feet of interior space plus 260 square feet of outdoor space, and at that time it came with three bedrooms, a library, a home office, a breakfast room and multiple fireplaces.

Condo’s work is in the permanent collections of the MoMA, the Whitney and the Met.

Tamara Mellon, the shoe designer and co-founder of Jimmy Choo, currently owns the $25 million penthouse in the building. She’s been trying to part with it for almost three years.

Update: A previous version of this story incorrectly identified Mellon as the seller.
