Rosenblum’s purchase comes on the heels of her other apartment — a 5,000-square-foot duplex at Zeckendorf’s 515 Park Avenue — going into contract. That apartment (which we toured for a profile of Rosenblum) was last listed for $35 million.

Rosenblum tells LLNYC she bought the apartment because “I think it is one of the most wonderful and best run buildings in NY, with the most magnificent views imaginable.”

Her new pad is smaller than her other one, but still offers incredible views. The 2,669-square-foot condo has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Per the listing, with Robert Dowling and Sharon Zambrelli of Halstead, the apartment has enough space to host 100 people for parties, and comes with 11.5-foot ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, and enormous walk-in closets. Le Cirque restaurant is right downstairs.

Sandra McConnell paid $7.5 million for the unit in 2005. Her husband’s grandfather, David H. McConnell, started Avon beauty in 1886.
