Airbnb ain’t just for finding cheap places to crash anymore. The home sharing service will be announcing a new luxury tier by the end of the year, Bloomberg reports.

Unofficially called “Airbnb Lux,” the new tier will include mansions, penthouses and all other forms of super-luxury housing. Each of the homes will be inspected before you rent them, in order to make sure they meet the highest standard.

Of course, there are already plenty of ridiculously nice Airbnbs, which celebrities love using and posting pictures of (see: Beyonce, Selena Gomez, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and even Prince Harry). The home sharing service also has an existing “Airbnb Select” service, where homes are inspected to ensure they meet a certain standard of cleanliness.

While details about Airbnb Lux are scarce so far, the brand did acquire the Canadian company Luxury Retreats earlier this year, which may give a hint as to what this new high-end tier will look like.

In an interview with LLNYC in 2015, CEO of Luxury Retreats Joe Poulin said that in addition to inspecting homes, Luxury Retreats also provides renters with access to a concierge service. This service does everything from preparing the house with whatever food or items you want in advance, to planning events for you (weddings, bar mitzvahs, etc.).

“We take this approach that no matter where you go in the world, you’ve got this set of eyes that’s making sure each step of your vacation is being executed as well as possible,” Poulin said. [Bloomberg]
