Now that the drama surrounding the townhouse where Aby Rosen lives at 5 East 80th Street has temporarily subsided, the art-collecting developer can go back to doing what he does best: real estate deals. He has just listed a nearby townhouse he actually owns at 16 East 78th Street for a hair under $20 million.

Rosen bought this townhouse in 2004 for only $8.4 million, so this would be a pretty nice paycheck for him if he gets anywhere near the asking price. The 6,300-square-foot home has four bedrooms and more than six bathrooms, per the listing with Richard Steinberg, Matthew Slosar, Emanuele Fiore and Alexander Mignogna of Douglas Elliman. The home has five stories, one of which is entirely devoted to the master suite with its own patio. There’s also a roof deck with a garden and a basement (and yes, there is an elevator connecting all of these floors). From the listing photos, it looks like Rosen put a sizeable chunk of his art collection in the home as well.

Rosen had told the New York Post he was interested in purchasing the townhouse at 5 East 80th Street, which he rents from the country of Niger, were it to go up for auction.
