Every “girl” needs to grow up sometime. “Girls” showrunner Lena Dunham has just sold off her starter apartment at 145 Hicks Street in Brooklyn Heights for $850,000, per WWD.

Though that may not seem like so much money (at least, by New York City real estate standards), Dunham only paid $500,000 for it in 2012 right around the time when “Girls” premiered. So this is a pretty nice little profit for her. There’s no listing for the co-op unit, but WWD reports that it is 800 square feet, with one-bedroom and one bathroom. The buyers are Lesley Chang and Jason Klimoski, who are architects and co-founders of the firm STUDIOKCA.

This pad is significantly smaller than the one Dunham bought in 2014, also in Brooklyn Heights, for almost $4.9 million. That one is 3,200 square feet, and has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a private terrace. So more of a woman’s apartment than a girls’, which is not bad considering she bought it when she was just 28 years old.

Oh, and you can also buy her clothes, or if you are really lucky you can adopt her dog. [WWD]
