A property in four parcels on Meadow Lane in Southampton has just hit the market asking $150 million. Its hefty price tag means it is among the most expensive listed properties in the Hamptons right now, beating out a $140 million listing “Briar Patch” in East Hampton and a $145 million listing “La Dune” in Southampton.

This property, with Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty, is composed of about 14 acres, with several homes scattered between them, according to the Wall Street Journal, which first reported the listing. They offer about 700 feet of ocean frontage, two putting greens, an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. The owners, who were not identified, paid around $114 million in total to acquire all of the properties.

Though three of the four parcels already have homes on them, Grant assumes that whoever buys this will likely demolish all of them to build their own megamansion.

“As we find in most instances at this price point, people want to hire their own architects and designers and build their dream home,” Grant told the Journal. “You’re not going to spend this kind of money and live in someone else’s house.” [WSJ]
