Last night, Leonardo DiCaprio held his annual fundraiser for the environment. And as he’s managed to prove year after year, if you combine the right super famous models, Hollywood movers and shakers and just random famous people, you can really raise a lot of money. This year’s $30 million haul is slightly down from last year’s $45 million — though hopefully it doesn’t include any tainted Malaysian fraudster’s money.
From our Instagram stalking, we spot celebrity guests like LLNYC-cover star Paris Hilton, Madonna, Cara Delevingne, Lenny Kravitz, Kate Winslet and Billy Zane (who jokingly posted an image of the three of them together with the note: “Gangs back together. Now we’re saving icebergs”).
Take a look through to check out one of the coolest parties this year you weren’t invited to.
Last night we came together for the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation Gala in St Tropez for environmental and wildlife conservation! We came on behalf of the @elephantcrisisfund and I want to thank these lady’s from the bottom of my heard to use their voices for the Elephants! And @tiffanyandco for their generous auction item! You have continued to amaze us with your generosity and good will for wild life protection over and over again 🙏🏼 I am so grateful and feel so powerful at events like this that we can turn the ivory crisis around! And yes all that on a glamorous evening in #sttropez. We will continue our fight with the #knotonmyplanet and hope that everyone will support us ❤🐘❤
There is no elephants in this room but a lot of people who care about them 🐘🙏🏻♥️ Thank you, darling @doutzen for shading the light on the elephant crisis and @lucy_yeomans for giving your @portermagazine platform for this valuable cause. We are your biggest #eleFANS 😇🐘👋🏼🌞#knotonmyplanet 📸 @afinsky 👗@LeJenke
