Don’t call him Shirley! Writer and director Jerry Zucker is slapping his estate in Brentwood, Calif., on the market for just under $15.5 million.
The comedic genius behind comedy classics such as “Airplane!,” “The Naked Gun,” and “Top Secret!” originally listed his 1.6-acre property for $16.5 million in April 2016, according to the New York Post. But now, he and his wife Janet are getting serious about selling.
Built in 1938, main house boasts 6,000 square feet, a screening room and a mahogany-paneled library. The guesthouse is 4,000 square feet. Together, that makes six bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. On the grounds of the estate there is a a pool, pavilion, and a pickleball court.
