Mike Meyers isn’t the only big name to flip an apartment at 443 Greenwich. Serge Azria, the Joie, Equipment and Current/Elliot head, has just re-listed his apartment in the star-studded building for $17.3 million, according to StreetEasy records.

Azria paid $14.26 million for the pad in February using the same LLC he used to buy a penthouse unit at 60 White. Perhaps he isn’t so fond of it anymore, or maybe he’s just trying to cash in on all the buzz the building is getting. He has also recently listed his home in Bel Air for $35 million.

The listing, with Fredrik Eklund, John Gomes, Julia Spillman and Adam Widener of Douglas Elliman, notes that the unit has never been lived in, so we assume he’s not selling because he doesn’t like it.

At any rate, the 3,471-square-foot unit is one of the building’s penthouses, and comes with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, 1,100 square feet of outdoor space, a gas fireplace and views of the building’s courtyard from the bedrooms.

We’re sure whatever rich and famous celeb chooses to buy the unit will be very happy here.
