Apparel CEO lists UES townhouse with vibrant furnishings for $15M

Eric Adjmi, president of the Adjmi Apparel Group, has just listed his townhouse at 161 East 63rd Street for $14.75 million, per city records.

According to the listing, with Whitney Didier and Stephanie Subervi of Douglas Elliman, the 20-foot-wide townhouse was built in the nineteenth century and has been totally renovated. Spanning 6,200 square feet (plus 1,750 square feet of outdoor space), the townhouse has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Among the features it offers are herringbone floors, a patio with landscaping, multiple fireplaces, terraces, a “thermostatically controlled” wine cellar, an enormous roof terrace and tons of historic details.

According to the Real Deal, Adjmi bought the house from Town Residential CEO Andrew Heiberger in 2016 for $11.75 million, so he’s looking for a nice little return here.

Adjmi Apparel Group designs, produces and distributes brands like Champion, Danskin, Rampage, Fila and Xoxo and is a major distributor to Walmart.
