Hey, even celebs gotta snack. And isn’t it reassuring that they have the same borderline disgusting taste in snack foods as you? We’re looking at your hot Cheetos…
New York Magazine recently rounded up the snack time tendencies of fashionable female celebrities, here are some of our favorites.
Pop princess Selena Gomez let’s Bon Appetit in on her backstage snacking tendencies – just some pickles, and lots of water to hydrate between sets. On the tourbus, snacks get a little more interesting. “Hot Cheetos and chocolate are staples,” she says.
Supermodel and social media queen Chrissy Teigen has made it very clear she loves food – especially superfoods! Her favorites include avocados, green juices and seaweed sheets. But her true love is sashimi, she tells Shape. “I will buy six pieces or so a day and just snack on them.”
One may think Kim Kardashian only eats salads and booty-boosting snacks post workout, but apparently, the flashy celeb loves her Chipotle bowl just like the rest of us. “I get it with just rice, chicken, guacamole and cheese,” she tells People. “I have to have chips on the side, of course.”
Hilarious triple-threat Anna Kendrick tells LA Magazine something every non-celeb wants to hear – actors love fast food too! While she loves indulging on nachos behind the wheel, she claims it can be dangerous. And of course, she can’t wait until she gets home to eat them soggy, so instead, she sticks to the Gordita crunch. “It’s the perfect food because it’s all the textures,” she says.
Zendaya, yet another Disney Channel star who turned into a top chart artist, explains the snacking choices of a 20-year-old metabolism. “I will always find ice cream,” she tells Coveteur, “I like Funyuns—that’s what I really eat…People think because I’m skinny I just don’t eat, or I have a diet, but that would be a lie. It’s just my metabolism.” We wish we could relate, Zendaya!
Oprah Winfrey proves that celebrities who have been successful for as long as she has, choose to snack luxuriously. She loves truffles, and puts them on whatever food items she can. “In my bag at this moment, you’ll find my wallet, my keys, and my truffle zest,” she tells People, “that’s right—I don’t go anywhere without it.”
