The Sterling Mason in Tribeca, Rutherford Place in Stuyvesant Square and the Village Green West on West 14th street are just a few of New York City’s hottest new developments, according to the New York Post.
Also gracing the list is the Rudin family’s Greenwich Lane at 150 West 12th Street, formerly St. Vincent’s Hospital in the West Village and now a set of five apartment buildings and five townhouses. HFZ Capital’s ultra-mod Halcyon at 305 East 51st Street, with 123 units, a golf room and a 50-foot heated pool also made an appearance, as does Quinlan Development Group and Tavros Development Partners’ One Vandam at 180 Sixth Street, which controversially grabbed $4 million in air rights in May from God’s Love We Deliver next door.
Across the river but still making the cut is the Daten Group’s 72 Poplar in Brooklyn Heights, the former home of a police precinct, and Avalon Bay’s 53-story 388 Bridge Street in Downtown Brooklyn, slated to open in 2014. [NYP] — Julie Strickland
