City records show that Thomas and his wife, Georgiana Bischoff, bought the pad in 2004 for a little more than $1.5 million. According to the listing, with Lisa Interdonato and Raymond Dillulio of Douglas Elliman, the unit is 1,600 square feet and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has nice period details like a marble fireplace, moldings, hardwood floors and 11-foot ceilings. Alwyn Court was built in 1909 by architects Harde & Short, and is included in the National Register of Historic Places (if you check out that courtyard, you’ll see why).

Interdonato did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

In addition to his work on “The Americans,” Thomas played John-Boy Walton on the long-running series “The Waltons” on CBS from 1972-1977.
