10 Sullivan Street’s $45M penthouse to be completed next year

The penthouse at 10 Sullivan Street

The three-floor penthouse at 10 Sullivan Street will be completed next year and is asking $45 million.

Perched atop the 204-foot tower — architect-turned-developer Cary Tamarkin’s tallest design project to date — the unit will feature curved glass windows and a triangular shape reminiscent of the Flatiron Building, the New York Daily News reported. The 8,360-square-foot home will also be decked out with a private pool, rooftop lounge and 23-foot tall ceilings.

The unit will be one of 19 in the Sullivan Street tower, where prices start at $2.97 million for a 1,210-square-foot two-bedroom. The property will also include four adjacent 25-foot-wide townhouses that are five stories apiece, each with elevators, as previously reported. [NYDN]Julie Strickland
