J. Crew boss lists Hamptons property for $26.5M

Mickey Drexler, the chief executive officer of apparel retailer J. Crew, listed one of his Hamptons homes for $26.5 million.

The 2,500-square-foot beach house in Wainscott hit the market on Wednesday. Paul Brennan and Ronald White of Douglas Elliman have the listing.

Drexler bought the three-bedroom, two-bathroom mansion at 120 Beach Lane in 2008 for $17 million.

Drexler owns several other homes in the Hamptons. That list includes a $30 million compound that once belonged to Andy Warhol and the $11.4 million Deep Hollow Ranch in Montauk. [NYDN] – Claire Moses
