Actor Justin Long sells LES pad for $2.38M

Actor, Apple spokesman and perennial celeb boyfriend Justin Long has sold his Lower East Side digs for $2.38 million.

The buyer for Long’s condominium in the Bernard Tschumi-designed 103 Norfolk Street, originally asking $2.5 million and listed by Sarah Williams and Tal Alexander of Douglas Elliman, was not identified.

Long reportedly purchased the unit in 2008 under the moniker the Moose Family Trust, of which he is the sole trustee, according to the New York Observer. He paid $2.29 million for the unit at the time.

The pad reportedly has something of a fishbowl quality, with a high living room encased in pixelated glass windows. Dubbed a “limited edition home,” the condominium is also said to have a blue hue. [NYO]Julie Strickland
