Two separate parcels on the Sagaponack oceanfront spanning 30 acres hit the market for nearly $35 million.
The estate of the late Richard Treibick, a cable and telecom magnate, has listed both a 6,000-square-foot house for $29 million and 23 acres of adjacent farmland for $6 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. Gary DePersia of the Corcoran Group has the listing.
Treibeck, who died earlier this summer, acquired the house for $1.8 million in 1995 and the farmland for $750,000 four years later, according to the Journal. The seven-bedroom house features a pool, carriage house and 280 feet of beachfront. [WSJ] — Mark Maurer
