The Naftali Group’s 20-story project at 234 East 23rd Street in Gramercy has sold 75 percent of its 57 units. And now, the development’s sole penthouse has hit the market.
The 2,302-square-foot residence, which includes four bedrooms and three baths, is asking just $5.975 million — initial reports suggest that the asking price might be north of $6 million, according to Buzzbuzzhome.
The full-floor apartment features a direct elevator entrance, three outdoor spaces totaling 1,347 square feet and access to building amenities such as a gym, residents’ library, garden and rooftop lounge.
