New York Jets owner Woody Johnson is selling his Fifth Avenue duplex.

The billionaire, who is also heir to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, put his five-bedroom home — which also includes five-and-a-half bathrooms and three maid’s rooms — on the market for $75 million. The unit is located in a 16-story Art Deco building that was designed by Rosario Candela.

If the 11th- and 12th floor unit sells for its asking price, it will set a record for the city’s most expensive co-op sale. That record is currently held by Israel Englander’s purchase of a $71.3 million co-op at 740 Park Avenue.

Johnson never lived at the apartment at 834 Fifth Avenue, according to the New York Post. He now lives at One Central Park West, the paper also reported. [NYP] — Claire Moses
