The Kardashians may be finished keeping up with their designer boutique in Soho.
The co-op unit that houses Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian’s Dash boutique is now up for lease at $1.4 million a year. The sisters signed on for a month-to-month lease at the 119 Spring Street location four years ago. Whether they’ll renew next year is not uncertain.
The space includes 2,100 square feet on the ground level and 1,250 additional square feet in the basement. Douglas Elliman’s Douglas Kramer, along with Gary Dana and Richard Rick Dana, are marketing the unit.
“Dash has to make the decision to renew at market rents or make way for a tenant who will pay for it,” Douglas Elliman’s Adam Kramer told the Commercial Observer.[NYO] — Kerry Barger
