Daphne Oz, a co-host on “The Chew,” described as “The View” for foodies, is ditching her New Jersey digs for a nest in New York City. Daphne is the daughter of TV health guru Dr. Mehmet Oz.

Oz and her husband, John Jovanovic, are leaving their home in Cliffside Park, N.J., for a $1.625 million apartment at 140 East 40th Street in Murray Hill, according to the New York Post.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is 1,600 square feet. The building is a classic prewar Art Deco building designed by Bien & Prince, who created the Carlyle Hotel.

The unit features an open chef’s kitchen, steel French doors that lead out to the terrace and gracious columns and exposed beams in the dining area. [NYP] Christopher Cameron
