“Real Housewife” Alex McCord sells Brooklyn digs

Former “Real Housewives of New York” star Alex McCord is ditching her Brooklyn digs for Australia.

McCord sold their three-bedroom unit in a three-family townhouse in Boerum Hill for $2.6 million, according to HLN.com. McCord is moving to Australia with her two children to be with her husband Simon van Kempen.

Their brownstone was built in 1901, but recently renovated — as seen in a couple of episodes of the Bravo show. The upper floors of the building are rental apartments.

Last July, McCord attended Luxury Listings NYC’s summer soirée at the Beautique restaurant across the street from the Plaza Hotel. More than 250 designers, TV personalities, brokers and real estate executives attended, including Jill Zarin, Howard Lorber, Dottie Herman and Ivana Trump. [HLN] Christopher Cameron
