Singer Mariah Carey and her ex-husband Nick Cannon have found a buyer for their 13,000-square-foot Bel Air estate.
The three-acre property closed for $9 million, but had been asking $13 million. It features a music studio, home theater, basketball court, seven bedrooms, seven fireplaces, a putting green, and a pool with the letters “MCN” in the center, according to Curbed.
In 2009, recording studio executive Allen Sides sold Carey and Cannon the home for $6.9 million. Sides picked up the house from former Charlie’s Angels star Farrah Fawcett. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
