Magic-man Penn Jillette just picked up a 7,808-square-foot home in an upscale Las Vegas community, according to the New York Post.

Located in the Ridges – a convenient drive from his Vegas act – Jillette paid $3.3 million for the swank fully-furnished home – a bit under the asking price. The property last sold in February 2010 for $2.6 million.

A Vegas fixture, Jillette is now selling the Vegas home — nicknamed “The Slammer” — he built for himself 20 years ago. The asking price is not yet public.

The new home’s best perk? Indoor-outdoor living space, says Jillette’s broker Zar Zanganeh.

“It has disappearing pocket doors everywhere, so it really opens up” to the outdoors, he told the Post. – Christopher Cameron
