Step aside Polo Bar. Goodbye Four Seasons. Midtown is getting a new high-end eatery that’s being touted as the “Four Seasons on steroids for the 21st Century.”

Daniel Humm and Will Guidara, the restaurateurs behind the three-star Michelin rated Eleven Madison Park and the Nomad have announced a two-story, 14,000-square-foot restaurant at 425 Park Avenue, according to New York Post.

The Norman Foster-designed project broke ground today.

“They are going for No. 1 in the world. It will be a Four Seasons on steroids for the 21st century,” David Levinson, one of the project’s developers told the Post. “At the Four Seasons, no one may know who the chef is, but at 425 Park Avenue everyone will know who the chef is.”
