If you haven’t already blown all your dividend cash on pinstripe suits and garish brunches, then this one-of-a-kind vanity plate can be yours for just $12,000.
Bidding on the “WALL ST” plate just ended on Ebay. There were no takers this round, meaning a private message to the seller could still score you the right to shout “greed is good” from your bumper.
And if $12,000 feels a little steep for a novelty plate, never fear — it comes attached to a 2002 Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan.
According to Bloomberg, the seller originally bought the plate in 1976, the year when it first became available in New York. At the time, the owner was working at the brokerage firm E.F. Hutton and he slapped the plate on his ’76 Chrysler Cordoba.
