Pampered pooches named Prada, Fendi and Emilio Pucci live exactly where you might expect – in New Jersey’s most over the top listing. The 25,000-square-foot Saddle River pet-palace has hit the market asking $14.9 million.
It’s “doggy heaven,” owner Brooke Rezvani, a cosmetic dentist, told the Wall Street Journal. Two of the 24 rooms in the house are devoted solely to the pets, and, of course, there’s a special grooming room with a bathtub and an automatic dog door. But, never fear, there’s also plenty of room for people in the seven-bedroom McMansion set on four and a half acres.
And cat fans shouldn’t feel left out: Rezvani’s cat, named Gucci, has her own room with a bed on the second floor, connecting to the master suite.
“It is very Versailles-like,” listing agent Sharon Kurtz of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, told the Journal.
We guess…if “Versailles-like” means that there is a small quarry-worth of marble in the home, an indoor pool and two 25-foot-high waterfalls.
The home has been on the market before in 2012 when it was asking $19 million. Better luck this time?
