We are all dying to peek inside the Woolworth Building’s new condos, and while right now they only exist in our dreams, Curbed today gave us a peek at what’s to come.

While we got a tour of the construction project from the Daily News back in July, now we have an actual model apartment we can fantasize about. The top 30 floors of the building are slated to turn into condos in 2017. And thankfully they are being designed to maintain the historical roots of the building. Kenneth Horn, the president of the Woolworth’s developing company, Alchemy Properties emphasized that  “we’re not doing sleek, modern kitchens; we’re doing things that are a little more stately.”

Of course, as spectacular as these apartments are going to be, they ain’t cheap. The lowest priced apartment is $4.7 million, and the penthouse is asking a reported $110 million. If that’s stretching your wallet a bit, then marvel at these pictures instead.
