It’s a wrap: this week’s celebrity home swaps

One chapter in the story of novelists Nicole Krauss and Jonathan Safran Foer’s divorce is written in their real estate records. Krauss, the author of “The History of Love” and “Man Walks Into A Room,” bought Safran Foer, the author of “Everything is Illuminated” and “Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close,” out of their Park Slope townhouse at 646 2nd Street, paying $3 million.

Art dealer Jeffrey Deitch is eyeing an Upper East Side home known for hosting the likes of Andy Warhol and Liza Minnelli. The home, located at 101 East 63rd Street, is listed for $40 million and belonged to fashion designer Roy Halston Frowick, known only as “Halston.”

America’s sweetheart is pretty good at selling New York’s sweetest real estate. Julia Roberts sold her penthouse unit at 45 West 10th Street in Greenwich Village, collecting $5.4 million from financier Nicolas de Croisset.

Brokers are inviting potential buyers inside Amy Schumer’s apartment. The “Trainwreck” and “Inside Amy Schumer” star is listing her one-bedroom condo at on West 80th Street, asking $2 million.

Wouldn’t it be better to master the art of French cooking…in France? Julia Childs’ home in Provence (and its fabulous kitchen) hit the market for $862,500.

Being funny sure pays off: Steve Martin just sold his luxe villa in St. Barth’s for $7.78 million after having it on the market for two years.

Now that’s what we call magical! Channing Tatum former Tribeca townhouse for $6.5 million. The listing photos do not show a stripper pole.
