Charlie Sheen to sell two of his Beverly Hills mansions

On the heels of Charlie Sheen’s bombshell announcement on Tuesday that he is HIV positive, the actor has decided to list two of the three mansions he owns in the exclusive Mulholland Estates (a gated community in Beverly Hills), Variety reports.

One of the homes is a 6,625 square-foot home Sheen purchased in October, 2012 for $4.8 million with five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The other is a 9,020 square foot home with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, that Sheen bought in 2011 (during his much-publicized meltdown) for $7 million. Until this year, Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards was living in the mansion while her own was under renovation.

Sheen will be holding onto the third mansion he owns in the neighborhood, a 7,924-square-foot mansion, which he bought in 2006 for $7.2 million. Paris Hilton and Christina Aguilera are among the other celebrities who also own property in the neighborhood.

In 2010, two of Charlie Sheen’s S-Class Mercedes were stolen from his driveway and Hilton’s home was broken into by the Bling Ring.
