He’s at it again: Billy Joel looks to flip pair of SoFla mansions

Piano man and real estate lover, Billy Joel, is moving out of a pair of side-by-side properties located just south of Palm Beach. Joel is asking $29 million for the properties, which are bisected by Ocean Boulevard.

Joel purchased the homes in separate transactions in 2014 for about $11.8 million, Variety reports. One of the homes has seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, a separate two guesthouse, and a four-car garage. That same property features a two-story living room, a eat-in kitchen with a barrel-vaulted brick ceiling, a mosaic tiled swimming pool,  and a 150 feet of waterway frontage.

Last year, Joel sold a one-bedroom apartment at 128 Central Park South for $775,000 — his last property in New York City, where he has flipped properties for decades.
