It’s a wrap: this week’s celebrity home swaps

It looks like she’s finally managed to cross Delancey. Amy Irving, the star of that 1988 film and ex-wife of Steven Spielberg, has bought an apartment at 75 Central Park West for $8,995,000, according to city documents. The seller was Fiona J. Kirk, a journalist who covers health and wellness for magazines like “Oprah” and “Women’s Health” and her husband John Kirk.

Remember how “Let It Go” was stuck in your head for the entirety of 2014? Is it stuck there now? You’re welcome. Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, the Academy Award winning songwriting duo who wrote that song (for better or worse), have just purchased the penthouse apartment in 145 Park Place for $2.5 million. They also purchased another unit on a lower floor of the building last week for $1.7 million. We smell a combo cooking.

The so-called “Fellini of photography” David LaChapelle has sold his Chelsea apartment at 427 West 21st Street for $2.5 million, according to city documents. LaChapelle listed the one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op apartment in July for the same price.

How does a loft earn the label “seductive” in its listing? Having a swimsuit model owner and a built-in stripper pole helps. But Irina Shayk is so over it. The Sports Illustrated model has listed her West Village loft at 166 Perry Street for $3.99 million.

Jocelyn “Catwoman” Wildenstein, the wealthy New York socialite best known for spending millions on plastic surgery to look like a feline, is putting her Trump World Tower condominium on the market. Wildenstein, who reportedly netted $2.5 billion from her divorce from art dealer Alec Wildenstein, is listing the property for $17.5 million with Daniel Neiditch of River2River Realty.

“Today Show” meteorologist Dylan Dreyer is selling her one-bedroom apartment at 107 West 82nd Street for $862,000. It has nice windows so that she can clearly see the weather patterns happening outside.

It must be nice to be Isabeli Fontana. Not only because she’s a Victoria Secret model, but also because she’s listing her two-bedroom Central Park South apartment for a cool $2.65 million.

Want to live like one of Hollywood’s cutest couples? Naomi Watts and Liev Shrieber are listing their  six-bedroom, seven and a half bathroom Hamptons home in Amagansett for $5,850,000.
