It’s a wrap: this week’s celebrity home swaps

Victoria’s Secret model Sara Sampaio has a new catwalk to come home to. She’s in contract for a two-bedroom apartment at the Beekman Residences in the Financial District. How much the Portuguese “angel” paid for the unit is unknown, but comparable pads at the building, at 5 Beekman Street, go for as much as $3.8 million.

Build your own empire in “Empire” star Taraji Henson’s L.A. home. Known for her character, Cookie, on the hit TV show, Henson has listed her home for $3.2 million.

“Lord of the Dance” Michael Flatley — who very well may be the richest dancer in the world — is selling his magical Irish castle for €20,000,000. Thankfully, the home is slightly more understated than his act.

Pharrell Williams may not be so happy about having to list — yet again — his palatial Miami penthouse, this time for $10.99 million. The singer has been trying to offload the place since 2013, when he originally listed it for $16.8 million (he paid $12.525 million in 2007), he chopped the price twice and then took it off the market.

America’s fascination with spy thrillers has certainly paid off for best-selling author Ken Follett. The writer who has penned a total of 29 books in the last 35 years — a combo of thrillers and historic novels — (some written in this actual lush estate), has just put his “thrilling” Caribbean estate up for sale for $25 million.
