Everyone likes to splurge a little during the holidays, but if you’re a Jonas brother, you get to do it better than most people.
Hence, this townhouse that Page Six reports the famous trio rented for five days during the holidays. The brothers spent a reported $7,500 a night to rent the 7,200-square-foot house, which is located at 118 East 83rd Street.
A former carriage home that was built by J.P. Morgan in 1907, the townhouse has an indoor pool and waterfall (with “colorful LED mood lighting”), a garage, elevator, five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Everything is wired with the most up-to-date appliances, including three magical Toto “remote” bathrooms. We aren’t totally sure what that means, but it sounds exciting.
According to Streeteasy, someone rented the townhouse for a whopping $75,000-a-month back in August, and we guess whoever that person was decided to make a lil extra something by putting the home on Airbnb while they were gone for the holidays. We’re sure that the Jonas brothers had a very merry time there indeed.
