Judd Apatow, the director who makes movies about adults who act like children, and his wife actress Leslie Mann have just listed their very grown-up Malibu beach house for $12 million.
Variety first reported the couple’s decision to sell the house, which they bought less than three years ago from “Spiderman” producer Laura Ziskin for $10.825 million. Apatow, who most-recently directed Amy Schumer in “Trainwreck” and has also made hits like “Knocked Up” and “The Forty Year Old Virgin,” lives primarily in his gigantic estate in Brentwood, California and also owns a large apartment in the West Village in New York.
The 2,500-square-foot home has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and was built in 1930. According to the listing, the home not only has spectacular views “from Catalina to Point Dume,” but is also in walking distance to town where you can find “high-end boutiques and restaurants, a movie theater, SoulCycle, and one of the best surf breaks in Southern California.” What else could you ever ask for?
