There’s no better way to prepare yourself for the impending snowstorm than to stuff your face with as much baguette and cheese as you possibly can. Thankfully, you can do that tonight! The French magazine French Morning is hosting a baguette tasting competition for all of the best bakers in the city at the Sofitel hotel.

While you can’t select the prize winner (well you can, but no one will care), you can try everything and vote for your favorite in the public competition. The chefs include Eric Kayser of Maison Kayser, Hervé Poussot of Almondine, Amy Scherber of Amy’s Bakery and François Danielo of La Boulangerie.

Though the Early Bird and general admissions tickets are all sold out, you can still buy late tickets for $53.74. In addition to all the bread you could ever want, the event will have a cheese, charcuterie and wine. Sounds like a fun night out to us!
