21% of the world’s richest people are bald (and other important facts about them)

Bald and bespectacled? Take heart! So are a large percentage of the 100 richest people in the world.

GoCompare.com, which usually compares things like credit card deals, has decided to take on the worthy task of comparing the 100 richest people in the world using Forbes’ data from the past 20 years.

This is not your typical comparison; in addition to examining boring things like how the 2008 recession impacted Bill Gates’ net worth, GoCompare also looked at important trivia like how many of these top 100 billionaires are bald and how that number has changed over time (21% in 2015):

But of course, the most important stat of them all is how many of the 100 richest people in the world are single — only 12% as opposed to 51% of the general population. They sure do get snatched up quickly!
