Victoria Secret model Lindsay Ellingson just can’t commit. To a broker that is. She’s re-listing her pad at 456 W. 19th St for $2.27 million, dropping the price and switching to Town Residential. She bought the apartment for $1.8 million in 2011.

Thanks for a great first week #puresilkbahamas !!!

Pro golfer Cristie Kerr managed to offload her West Village apartment for $5.9 million. She and her husband bought the apartment in 2009 for $2.3 million, but then spent at least $1 million renovating the 1,982-square-foot home.

David Shaffer, Anna Wintour’s ex-husband, listed his 3,000-square-foot co-op in Soho for $6 million. Shaffer, a child psychiatrist and academic, purchased the three-bedroom, three-bath pad at 284 Lafayette Street for $4.3 million in 2012. The top-floor unit at the six-story, 45-unit co-op features 11-foot ceilings, eight skylights, cast iron columns and built-in bookshelves (possibly filled with back issues of Vogue?).

Privacy in New York City comes at a premium — the former townhouse of famed Broadway composer Cole Porter in secluded Sniffen Court is now on the market for about $6.5 million. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom 3,865-square-feet home at 156 East 36th Street in Murray Hill is part of the celebrity haven known as Sniffen Court — 10 townhouses in a secret, gated community. Past residents include Claudia Schiffer and Lenny Kravitz. Talk show host Graham Norton currently lives there.

You know how Kanye went on Twitter over the weekend to ask Mark Zuckerberg to invest “1 billion dollars into Kanye West ideas”? noting that he is “53 million dollars in personal debt”? Well you wouldn’t know it to look at the amount of money he and Kim are pouring into their Hidden Hills, California home. According to “People” magazine, the famous couple is not holding back on the renovation costs for the home, purchasing “$20,000 fixtures, the perfect flooring – the costs have been endless.” To be fair, the lighting for good selfies does need to be jusssst right.
