Broadway producer Tracy Aron has (finally!) sold her UWS townhouse for $7M

They say three times is the charm, but in the case of Broadway producer Tracy Aron, it might just be the fifth time. According to city documents, Aron has finally sold her townhouse at 627 West End Avenue for $6.9 million to the liberal foundation, New World Foundation. This is the fifth time Aron had listed the apartment in the last eight years. Karen Kelley of Corcoran had the listing.

The listing notes that the “Spring Awakening” producer’s 6,003-square-foot townhouse has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and all of the original details intact, including eight original fireplaces, plaster moldings, a back staircase, a library and two maid’s rooms.

The townhouse had almost sold on four separate occasions in the past eight years with each deal falling apart at the last minute. “I do believe she [the house] is now ready for that owner who will love her as much as we all have,” Aron told The Daily News in 2015. Congratulations to her for finally finding one!
