Last night, Douglas Elliman hosted “Taste of Midtown East” at 301 East 50th Street, a new luxury condominium that boasts French Modern design.

The event attracted real estate brokers, journalists and designers with food from Crave Fishbar, Mr. Chow and Fig & Olive. Starchitect Rick Cook of COOKFOX Architects, who is the architect behind limestone-sheathed condo tower gave a brief talk, praising the project’s cohesive design and attention to detail. Douglas Elliman owner Howard Lorber chatted in the building’s 12th floor hallway and Scott Shnay, principal of SK Development, was also in attendance.

The building rises 29 stories and houses 57 units which range in price from $1.6 million to $5.1 million.
