Donald Trump wants to be president, but would moving into the White House be a step down for the billionaire? At the moment, he currently divides his time between his penthouse apartment in Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue and his massive Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida. While the penthouse is a mere 30,000 square feet (compared to the White House’s 55,000 square feet), his Mar-a-Lago property is 110,000 square feet. Though, to be fair, most of that is devoted to the club house and is not to the Donald’s personal space.

Either way, he could just pull a Bloomberg and choose to remain in his own abode during his tenure in office. After all, if you’re a billionaire, why would you settle for anything less than the best?
