It’s a wrap: This week’s celebrity home swaps

Toni Garrn (full name Antonia) the German supermodel who — like many models– dated Leonardo diCaprio for a year, has just purchased an apartment at the Greenwich Lane condo complex at 160 West 12th Street for $2.490 million, according to city records. The Corcoran Group had the listing.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s former six-bedroom home in the Queens waterfront community of Douglas Manor sold to an unidentified buyer for $2.4 million after more than a year and a half on the market. The white colonial at 122 Grosvenor Street first hit the market in May 2014, asking around $3.1 million. The price on the 4.5-bathroom home was cut to $2.7 million in February last year.

Former U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey and his wife Susan bought a two-bedroom co-op unit at 1049 Park Avenue on the Upper East Side for $1.9 million, according to property records filed with the city Friday. The six-room apartment boasts two bathrooms, wood-burning fireplace, original architectural detail and high-beamed ceilings, StreetEasy shows.

Modern-day Jay Gatsby, Songza CEO Elias Roman and his wife have purchased a home in the exclusive enclave of Douglas Manor in Queens for $2.4 million. The home was designed by same architect who build F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald’s King’s Point, LI home.
