It surely comes as no surprise to anyone that a building with the word Porsche in its name is providing super luxurious amenities for car lovers.
At Miami’s under-construction Porsche Design Tower, each and every one of the towers’ 132 units comes equipped with a private sky garage that is located just off their living rooms and is reached by a robotic car lift. Meaning, residents will be able to enter their apartments directly from their cars.
NYC has such a building too at 200 11th Avenue in West Chelsea, but it is much smaller, with only has 16 units, 14 of which have their own so-called Sky Garage.
Still, the most impressive part of Porsche Design Tower is its penthouse. In addition to the regular old sky garage that all of the building’s residents have, the $32.5 million, four-level, 16,915-square-foot apartment also comes with an almost 3,000-square-foot car gallery on the 57th floor that can accommodate up to seven additional cars, The Post reports. It also has floor-to-ceiling windows, a private elevator, two private pools and two outdoor kitchens.
Meanwhile the building itself provides amenities including a virtual golf simulator; a virtual race simulator; a movie theater with stadium seating, a popcorn bar and surround sound; a fitness center; and – of course – a glass car lift observatory.
