A former chef at one of the best restaurants in the world is now cooking in a Chelsea Airbnb

If you can’t make it over to Copenhagen to eat at Noma’s, which is consistently ranked as one of the best restaurants in the world, then you’re in luck; the former chef de partie of the restaurant, Chef James Sharman, and a merry band of his chef friends have been wandering the world, hosting pop-up restaurants in Airbnbs (they call themselves the “One Star House Party”). And this week, they are in none other than New York City. From their Instagram account, it looks like they’re building all the furniture in the space as well.

While almost all the meals have sold out, it looks like there are still a few seats available on Sunday. Tickets cost $125 a head, which buys you a seven course meal (gratuity included). On the menu is a Salt Cod Cream, Live Raddish & Smoked Cod Roe; Tomato Charcuterie, Homemade Ricotta & Olive Juice; Scallops, Beeswax, Leeks & Whey; Chicken Confit In Toasted Hay, Egg Yolk Fudge & Chervil; Miso Smoked Pumpkin, Pickled Pine Nuts & Beef Shortrib; Coconut, Lime Leaf & Pickled Strawberries and Smoked Chocolate Brownie, Raw Marshmalow & Warm Pecan Granola for dessert.

But maybe the best part? The meal is BYOB, so you can feel free to pair your delicious, Michelin-starred meal with a Bud Light if that’s what moves you. Though, seriously, we hope you don’t.
