Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo are selling their gorgeous Soho pad for $5.5M

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his Victoria’s Secret model wife, Behati Prinsloo, have just listed their one bedroom, 2,800-square-foot, full-floor loft at 112 Greene Street for $5.5 million.

The couple purchased the property in the co-op building for $4.55 million in July 2014 shortly after they got married, reports The Observer.

The third floor loft has direct elevator access, and includes six original columns, restored exposed brick walls, 13-foot ceilings, oversized windows and tin ceiling tiles.

According to the listing, all furniture can be included in the sale – likely for an additional fee – so you’re in luck if you like the look of those big blue, velvet couches, the jukebox, the pool table, the lavish light fixtures or that Playboy pinball machine.

Levine and Prinsloo recently announced that they’re expecting their first child so perhaps they’re considering an upgrade to something a little more baby-friendly.

Adam Mahfouda and Jules Borbely of Oxford Property Group have the listing.
