Which clock tower penthouse would you choose: NYC vs. San Francisco?

When the clock tower apartment in the Soma district of San Francisco hit the market earlier this week, we were reminded of another penthouse a little bit closer to home — the penthouse at 1 Main Street in DUMBO. Despite its grandeur, the spectacular apartment has been on the market since 2010, leading us to wonder if its west coast neighbor would fare any better. See below for our side-by-side comparison and let us know in the comments which you would rather pick. Just know that living in either option means you would never again have an excuse for being late.
